Elaborate on this with some sources, aese toh koi bhi tax/toll one way or another jata dalit pe hi hai. Question is what is the net sum and net amount of budget that they get out of tax that we pay annual, either from our direct income or from other shit like GST, tolls end up on dalit wellness.
