My experience working with international people has revealed this:
Chinese: absolutely super dumb and biharis with small eyes.
Indians and other SAs: so dumb I can't even comment. If smart , absolutely thankless and rude.
Whites: depends but Aussies and Americans are pure entitled dumb brats , uk ppl are nice to an extent. French are without a doubt the best ppl. Kiwis are nice.
Japs: great ppl handsdown
Africans: less said the better.
Turks: surprisingly nice. That's all I have encountered till now.

Chinks were smartest but very humble in conversation
Japs/gooks were condescending towards everyone else but still bant-worthy
Whites differ a lot, with Americans the smartest and aussies the dumbest

I have always found that UK whites are the most chill to talk and best banters hands down.
Back during in defense forum we used to have really good poster from UK and genuinely chill. Used to hate on muslims for some reasons but that's all.

It's true yaar. Most Americans in bhangilore are kids of techbros from silicon valley, they are literal geniuses compared even to toppers but they don't show it outward as much as Asians.
