The app of my gobermint bank wants me to change pin every few weeks and it has to be unique every single time.

As far as I know, in phhorin nashuns, the gobermint doesn't cuck you out of your own passwords. Why do they do this to me?

Yaar UPI is different. I'm talking about in-app PIN. I haven't changed my UPI in ages but the PIN to view my e-passbook has to be changed every few weeks and an older PIN can NEVER be used 
Why do they expect their users to remember a new PIN everytime...
