I'm 23 yo and tier - 3 kalej grad in mechanical engineering. How do I switch from my mechanical engineering jaab to a Software jaab? I am in automotive industry (7LPA). My current jaab is a dead end with no growth. What do I do to enter IT/software? Any useful advice from anaans would be greatly appreciated. I can't stay in my jaab any longer.

7LPA is not the issue. The career growth is not good. My department manager who is 40 yo earns 25 LPA and drives an old Renault duster. So you can gauge.

buy algozenith premium, it would cost 15k but it has everything from dsa to cp to system design to dev. so yea, you just need to study em for an year or two and you apply for MNCs with referrals.
