I don't know who is even shilling this boomer shit about how someone is jobless because they don't have skills.
I just went through all the "any graduate" fresher jobs at my city in Naukri and none of these jobs really care about skills.
The best JD I probably saw was Power BI but that was just maybe one in a few hundreds.
It's all excel, Adobe, marketing, sales, tally and other useless shit.
I haven't been through B.Tech filter but maybe the skill requirements are there.

Oh, and it was a struggle to find 3 LPA jobs. Some jobs even openly say that they'll only pay 7000 - like administration work.
