Today after all these months I have decided to investigate how this shit ass garbage Naukri works, and I have found some interesting observations. See screenshot for example. This is this garbage (by the way I am a nigger) jew's business model.
They have 4 options.
What would a cheap ass (by the way I am a nigger) lala company choose? The free one of course. 1 location, 250 characters, max. 50 applies, and will expire in a week and lasts for 2 weeks.
For a standard job, 400 rupees, 200 applies, and will expire in 15 days and lasts for a month.
Also, notice that contact details are NOT visible. I wonder what it would look like for them after they receive the applications.
The hot vacancy and classified is what matters probably, but look at how much they're earning for each job advertisement that gets posted. These are the jobs that probably get 1000s of applicants.
This IS the main thing. The free job creation is NOT available for accounts that are created with google, microsoft, etc., AND only one job can be active at any time.
Only someone who is desperate (and small) or cheap and stingy as possible would even bother using free job posting. It looks like going to a gang bang porn shoot and standing on the corner and masturbating yourself and you can maybe touch the girl on her shoulders if you want.

Now this is the second aspect of naukri. The ones that spam shitty invites from across the state far away from your city.
Most would choose RESDEX LITE. You can view 100 resumes so that's 40 rupees per resume (with assistance removed the total price is 4k). Some big MNC may prefer the actual RESDEX but that's not going to be much.
