not notepad, but i have a whiteboard and marker near my desk I use to a) write down all the stuff i have to do this week and today and b) plan food
for time there's a massive ghantaghar that is loud enough for everyone to hear with the naked ear. The bells ring every 15 minutes

That's actually amazing. Things used to be so cool in the past when people didn't have time and someone was specifically assigned to inform everyone the time. Now it's just shit. Shops and restaurants completely block sky and windows just so you can't figure out the time and you keep staying there forever consooming.
