what you should learn is how to design data bases etc. normalization, indexing blah blah - but best way to learn those is through practice.
also if you are a loonix user or pc user just install mysql and tweak around.
create dummy nodejs project - mysql2 library, sequelize, write a simple server application (you don't need express) and do simple request etc. just feed this in chatgpt and it can guide you.
