Human resource.
Chinese are a superior race of people, higher intelligence, superior work ethic etc.
The systems (political, economic and social) they developed managed to industrialise their country, they saw double digit growth rates.
The best of their people are top tier researchers and engineers who work for their country, schinese state owned corporations, are some of the biggest engineering corps in the world.
India is poor country, the best of our people leave the country and work abroad, the businessmen invest their money abroad to minimise risk (too much corruption).
China is a homogenous high trust society while India is not.
