Hydroquinone 4%
6 weeks on 2 months off - do 2 cycles.
( After this is done do 1 cycle of hydro every year)
Sunscreen every single day. Spf 50+ pa+++
Topical tretinoin (0.25%) everyday after finishing the hydroquinone cycle.
