Shudra grouping itself has ashta (8) divisions in scriptures iirc. Bottommost were untouchable antyajas(tanners, toilet cleaners, fishermen, forest dwellers, vagabonds etc.) whom we call dalits today. They do actually. Jats were agitating not so long ago in haryana for obc status despite being rich landowners. Their demands were quashed by court tho. Many general communities are lobbying for obc status to get benefits. But now 50% cap on rejerbhations has been put by milords and newer requests for inclusion in obc are often rejected because the establishment is trying to do damage control after opening the pandora box with mandal commission.

Jains are also savarnas (mostly baniyas). Parsis, christians are microcommunities. They arent relevant demographically anyway. In states with little to no muslims, like punjab, himachal, odisha also general population percentage is high.
And LC muslim telis, julahas, ansaris etc. DO get reservations as SCs OBCs so your point is null and void.

Completely false. Bulk of OBCs are farmer cástes like yadavs, marathas, kurmis, south indian landowning cástes, jats of rajasthan UP, gujjars etc.
