The northeast has always troublesome due to the numerous tribal/ethnic differences. Same with Myanmar. By cleaning these 3 places clean, dasyus of delhi now will only have to worry about the pakistan and tibet front. By making the savarna settle in these cleaned up zones, the savarnas get to have their ethnostate for them with their own set of rules & regulations that explicitly forbids non savarnas from becoming citizens. OBCs in the mainland don't have to worry about competition for resources, jobs, etc., from us and we wouldn't either. It's a win-win.
