B/w spain and italians, Italians look more beautiful on average because many spaniars have moorish ancestry while Italians mostly belong to the Ind-Germanic stock.

It isnt as widespread as people make it sound. Its concentrated in southern coast in low amounts. Iberians just have high Anatolian farmer ancestry which makes them look less white.

I have seen football stadium crowds of both Spaniards and Italians. I find Italians objectively more beautiful. Especially the northern Italians who are mixed with germans.
