First, search "data analyst" in a job website and see what it looks like.
This is what it looked like for me. I searched in Naukri and I set job posted 7 days ago and I see 5 jobs that suit me out of around 50. Of these jobs, I see all of them having 100+ applicants. Even if, let's say only 10% of the applicants actually mean anything and the rest are just panic applying, that would come to say 20 to 30 valid applicants per job. Is it worth it? I'm not sure.

Good start with youtube and keep learning but I'd suggest you will still have to take a institution way
The difference between learning on your own and going through P&T programs is that their certification acts as a recognized mark of approval. When you learn independently, you often have to work twice as hard to prove your credibility.
It’s not that self-learning isn’t effective it absolutely is. The issue is that simply saying “I learned this myself” doesn’t carry much weight unless you can back it up with strong, visible evidence of your skills and knowledge.
