I'm 23 and completely failed in life, spend my 4 years in college doing fuck all, just nasha and gooning, barely ever left my hostel room
Now I'm an IT employee in a WITCH company at 3.6 lpa, chose noida as location cause of all those vlogs, this place also revealed to be a nightmare
I've been on bench for 4 months since I've been in noida, in these 4 months I could've done something with my time, atleast coded for 2 hours a day, but I don't know what happens, I wake up, and the entire day just phases through, like its 9am and then its 6pm at night, I don't know what to do man, I just can't tell what's happening, is this how my life is supposed to go?

Bench means IT companies basically telling you you don't have enough skills as per requirements so they don't put you in any projects, you do get your salary though, but if you ever need to move up the corporate ladder and increase your salary, this is the worst place you can be in, especially if you're early in your career and your salary is currently way too low, especially in metro cities

algozenith, but you gotta do it daily, they run 6-8 months cohort and train you in dsa, dev, sysdes. i would say you should get the hang of dsa first from tuf sheet.
