Hinduism is pragmatic, brootally honest and straightforward. It doesnt shy away from admitting tribalism, class hierarchy and inequality are real and inherent to human existence and makes attempts at using the system in the best way possible and reducing the friction rather than turning a blind eye.

That's not the issue. Gurugobindh made sikhi in the hopes that it will get rid of Varna induced struggles of class as well as issue that priest and warrior are two seperate class. What ended up happening was he got a class of morons who are neither of the two.
He made it in hopes they all will mix freely and become a unified race. Their was no reason for them to not intermarry each other. Jatt Sikhs decided to be retarded about it. Again, their was no religious cause for this.

Exactly. Which is why one can partially blame it on faith that "Brahmin ki beti se Rajput shadi nahi karega, aur Rajput ki beti se Brahmin nahi Shadi karega" it's fair in an unfair manner. Sikhi removed those walls and all shit collapsed.
