Just over 15% of the state of Bihar is UC, which is shockingly low compared to other states. Even Uttar Pradesh has a higher % UC population. I believe if Bihari UCs join together and pump those numbers up to a good 40-50%, we could pull enough representation to make babus shit their pants and start listening to our proposals
