Fake notes were more printed after Demonetisation since 2016 and they added 2k note which was 2x the original notes of 1K. If Demonetisation was a massive success, then why don't BJP takes credit for it just like modi asked for vote for pulwama martyrs?

I remain the position that demonetisation was largely a move Bhajpa did to kill of the cash reserves of Khangress and effectively kill off the party financially. It was largely successful in doing what it set out to do, ie kill of large swaths of black money reserves in the country at the time(Which were mostly under Congress party).
However the cope said in the movie is definitely a cope.
