I have no friends in real life. Even if I try to make one, I end up fucking it all up just like everything else. I don't even talk to my parents anymore like I used to. I feel so detached from reality and from everything that used to matter in my life. I have no motivation or reason left for anything I once cared about. Everything feels completely pointless now. Yesterday I was looking through old photo albums from my nursery to high school days with my teachers and friends, and I just broke down crying. I was actually happy back then. I never thought I would ruin myself this badly. If only COVID had never happened and I had kept trying to stay in touch with everybody, maybe my life wouldn't have turned out this miserable. I miss every single person from my past. Even the ones I used to fight with all the time. I miss them all so much that it hurts now. I remember making fun of people who said they were depressed. Now I realize I am that guy.
