They are related - we need leeches to have stake in india to create positive environment for the latter that is 'talents'.

Same things happened in electricity connectivity, water connectivity - in that case Bihar performs better than other states (though i understand cuz it is kinda rich in water resource and easy to implement still), ayushman bharat, hell even UPI, etc. Scale of these projects is unparalleled - only comparable to likes of China.
Our expressway network, metro network, etc. nuclear projects, supercomputer projects, etc somany things are hapening.
Our biggest problem right now which affects us directly is Failure of our municipal bodies - lowest form of government and nobody cares. This is where the main problem lies and we need a fix for that. It will happen - i am reading through smart city program and the day i complete it is the day i will bore anons with talks about that. Because there's something very interesting about it.
So i do not bother with platitudes in anon circle about genocide etc. impractical. We should rather utilize our manpower while we have the advantage - it won't last for even 2 decades.
