If you opt for Japanese as your CFL, 100%.

You'll do work in the embassy in Tokyo and consulate at Osaka. You get invited to dinners and parties over there. You can go to conventions. Or you can Jaishankarmaxx
Choosing Japanese, Mandarin or Russian adds 1 year extra to the training. So you'll spend 2 years in Japan at the start of your career. You'll be paid around 5Lpm

After 8th Central Pay Commission(2026), the group A jobs will have 1.3lpm entry level. (moderate estimate). In foreign postings, FA is 4-5lpm. So the salary will be 60lpa-72lpa.
