Is it even in the realm of possibilities ? I've seen cases of tier 3 graduates from india doing MS in some ivy league kalej, but it's just women. Yahan bhi sirf IIT/NIT waalon ko hi liya jaata hai kya ?

It's a university, so it doesn't need AICTE, UGC approval is enough. Or atleast that's what the admission clerk said.
