Find friends outside of college. Classmatecels are retards anyway.
Best way to get through college is to use the leisure time you have, however small, to develop hobbies you are interested in/something you wanted to master since you were a wee little lad.
Youtube is filled with medcels preaching study tips and other slop like Ali Abdaal/Justin Sung/ Tom Watchman etc. Just watch their videos on how to get through medschool.
Basically you want to occupy all of your time actively instead of going with the flow. You will be very vulnerable at this stage by getting influenced through varying opinions and behaviors of your classmates. Recognize that everyone is just as retarded as you and discard whatever slop they try to shove down your perception holes.
Write down the skills you want to be proficient in, for career/leisure.
Select a couple of skills that has zero resistance of entry i.e. costs little to no money/ utilizes stuff you already possess (eg. drawing, handwriting, reading literature etc.). Research about them and make a study plan to progress in those skills.
This should occupy most of your time and leaves no room to think about the social dynamics of your so-called socially loud hellhole.

Only way to get through this is to practice talking to them more. Since they ask you for notes, use that opportunity to make small talk by talking about how hard hard the lectures are/ how you don't like the professor teaching your anatomy course etc. (talking about things in common).
Just listen to them intently and talk to them like how you talk to a dude without preparing for answers in advance to give out to make them like you. You will eventually pick up the cues and signals they drop while in conversation and notice your conversation skills improving.
Emotions run high when bitches get close, so proceed with caution. Some retards get jealous when you talk to women and try to get you to gossip about them. You can tell them to go eat shit.
Just have fun you medcel. Try to find joy in where you are and what you have right now, instead of worrying about some abstract problem you can't even articulate in your current state of mind. Watch The Pitt btw, its a great TV show.
