My stats:
2025 grad, T2 college btech cse with horrible cgpa(6.2) and No skills haven't touched DSA. And no internship experiences other than 2 fake ones. Only thing I can showcase is a published research paper, some projects in ML, and few hackathons.
currently doing a 30kpm job unrelated to IT. I can get referrals from people (uncs, cousins, friends) but I won't be able to clear interviews because no skill. Parents pressurizing me to go for masters (they don't know about my cgpa).
my situation is so over I cannot tell anyone about it irl. Please give me some advice

Stay in job, upskill, switch to IT. It's a sinking ship anyway. 30kpm is a good salary for you.
