Sign of depression anon. I suggest having one or some form of activity. After you wake up, take a run or a jog. Atleast 2 kilometers if nothing. Take a nice shower after.
Alternatively you can jog and take a run before going to sleep, taking a shower, it will give you endorphins, some dopamine and help you feel physically as exhausted as you are emotionally and mentally. Keep it up for a week, you will be fine.
