Bubble isn't collasing, it has already collapsed. That doesn't mean china will fall down some year. It will slow down the growth. They are entering a period of japan after 1990s. And government can always bail out developers to stop the deflation. They also have their selective bailout system. Not to mention their insane tech growth of recent years.
There is also the silent absorption method and chinese are more than capable of it. Unlike US which gives too much freedom and power to everything. There are several ways to deal with the crisis and i don't think chinese are too stupid.

Iran + China + Russia is an effective counterweight to NATO and the Global North.
