Not tryna be a chutiya but still i fear that govt. can beat my ass and read the shits although i am a good citizen and dont plan to kill any politician, neither i have a group of 3 friends who plan to kill these politicians nor we keep an eye on them.

I agree to an extent, also more likely that you will get caught due to third party people than direct app leaks or whatever.
But yes it would have been better if the people hating on it would shill for better FoE and privacy laws in India but they are bad faith in general.

That's not bad, though my thesis is that as long as whatsapp is there, the mass switching won't happen. It's a saturated space, and as long as one service is working fine, and everyone is using that service, it is kinda impossible to shift to another one. It is not like a single player game, which one can play alone. It is like CoD or PUBG, it is fun only when there are other users on it. Like suppose you install arratti, and no one else is there to talk to, all people known to you still use WhatsApp, what exactly will you do on that app? That's right, nothing. You WILL HAVE TO open whatsapp.
