Atleast one prototype will be out by next year.
There are similar 10 sleeper VB being manufactured by BEML, 2 of they have rolled out and will be opened for public this month or next.

2nd AC is best class unless you can get coupe in 1st ac. Have travelled in them a lot even the normal trains are pretty good and well maintained.
