No email service provided by big tech have E2E you absolute coon. The only E2E email services afaik are Proton and Tuta which are a PITA to use because of double password system. Because email by itself is an inherently insecure system developed in the 90s when nobody cared about security.
My god these chamars learned the term E2E from Arattai debacle and just throw it everywhere

Also another midwit claim that I saw - E2E isn't an 'industry standard'. Most popular messaging services like Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc...(Most services where messages are stored in the cloud instead of in your device for that matter) don't use E2E and even WhatsApp only hacked it on to their service after a decade.
Arattai was a business chat application similar to Slack which they then tried to rebrand as a personal messaging service instead of making a new one which is quite retarded, I'll give you.

It's their policy. They're a small service with limited resources, they don't bother with serving users who aren't active and dalits acount and data and use it for someone who actually use their services instead of wasting space for someone who don't.
