Is popularity important? I was always introvert since childhood. I had 2-3 friends in school and college and after graduating that number came to 0, with the occasional text I send out to one or two people.
Does this matter? I never saw it as an issue until now. During arranged marriage do girls care about how popular I am?

it depends on how you turn out in the future. i had a weird trajectory in life. i used to bully my classmates till 6th, but then i fell in love with this beautiful jeeta and she actually reciprocated my feelings. she left our school when i went into 9th. after that, i kind of became a beta and started trying to stay in my teachers' good books by performing well academically, because she kinda changed me after leaving. i didn't find bullying worth my time anymore either. fast forward to 11th, it was when covid hit. i became worthless, and didn't even make a single academic comeback. my life's been downhill ever since and now i'm in my final year of clg. i was pretty popular back then, but now i can't even face anyone. i even go outside wearing a mask because i've become autistic as fuck and don't have the courage to talk if someone i know from my past sees me. what would i say to them? they would def feel pity by how i turned out to be. unless you're outgoing or a chad, popularity really isn't that bad
