Hanuman was born in Baman family, as far as scriptures go, but same can't be said about the other Vanara. Most of them would be Shudra in origin but Tribals as of status, since they did live as a tribe literally with an exception to a view few of them

No, rest of Vanara were from an extinct tribe but Hanuman himself was son of Kesari, they were Brahmins, including brothers of Maruti as well. I never understood why Bamans kang on Ravan nowadays, behen Maruti himself was stronger, smarter and far more accomplished despite being same Varna
