So anons, I just got some tier 3 bhangi ass jaab in noida as a coding coolie but my salary is just 25k and I need to survive in noida for 25k, now the question is how the fuck do I survive in noida in just 25k per month? Will I have to live in a chowl and drink sewage water for food?

If you are living close to greater noida, some flats can be rented for as cheap as a 5k, 4.5k is you are very good at it, if the price has blown out of proportion it would be arround 10k. You will still be left with 15k in worst case scenario.
If you find a place to eat our, good for you. It has a wide array of biryani shops and what not, and for veg fags their is soya chaap biryani as well. If you decide to cook at home, do that after you manage to get a fridge. You will learn to adjust and manage, it is easier than it seems at first.

You can live very comfortably with 25k, unless you want to live in some new high-fi apartment here. Get an air purifier if you can and cook food for yourself. Do NOT eat outside at local restaurants unless you are sure of their quality, many shops are owned by Muslims and they will give you diarrhea

Definitely noida, even better if greater noida, it is cheaper. However flat hunting is its own thing, settle for what you can get at the moment, and you can always move to a different one based on convenience, such as having hospitals, malls or shopping districts or market squares nearby.
