It's basically an unspoken rule that every one knows, only way a recruiter will go for bimta is if the recruiter also happens to be one and even then their is strong doubt he will choose his community over others. Hate is the only thing that unifies them together, which is extremely weak for basis of foundation.
Same goes for the Muzzies like you said, some Muzzies actually have better work ethics when you compare it to LC bhimtals. It makes sense since most craftsmen or labours that are Muzzie were prominently LC's Hindoos unlike completely kicked out groups like untouchables.
