Go to Bhar or infact any state, see the state of public schools and colleges, specially the state government ones, go and see how corrupt they are, see the level of education being imparted there and the kind of "teachers" that work there, in Bihar, colleges literally sell degrees, and these degree holders are empty, they have no civic sense, they can't talk or write properly, let alone having knowledge of their subject.
