Got Mouth Ulcer right after using this Jew toothpaste called "pepsodent complete care". i did some research and came to know some Chemical used for foaming (Sodium laurel suplhate) is causing this. and its present in the toothpaste.
How to avoid this and are there any less chemical toothpaste? any good lightweight alternatives with less harmful chemicals ?

Sarso tel + namak = mix it on a tray, dip your toothbrush and brush with it.
It will help bleeding gums.
Use clover oil for instant pain relief. put 1 drop on your fingertip and rub it on the pain causing place(gums,tongue,inside cheeks,etc.), it will burn like hell for few minutes but pain will be gone and you will be able drink and eat peacefully.
