I think the genuine reason they are so cute is due to lack of as many series of invaders. NW on the other hand the harshest of all boli, such as one and only Haryanvi, Kauravi, Braj Bhasa, even the eastern side of language sound rude to people, such as Bhojpuri. The more you head to east it is milder, kinder.

Languages like Haryanvi sound like the person is taunting you even though they're just communicating with you. When they speak Hinthi, the accent carries over which makes even their Hinthi sound rude. Pahadi/Northeastern hinthi accents sound so much cuter, even though they're sometimes speaking broken hinthi.
