Periods are like migrain, which stays for like 7 days. The problem is, "toh hum kya kare behen ki laudi" it's their biology being so fucking bad at its job. Now they won't shut the fuck up about it. It is like removing pain of being flicked in balls by like a 90% and then being forced to endure it for a week, it's not about how bad it is but how long it lasts. Still not my problem, if randi kumari can not keep a child, don't spread her legs, force all the randis to have babies.

If cramps are extraordinarily bad then they should see a doctor because not all women have severe cramps. Bahar golgappe, momos khane se to fursat nahi hoti in foids ko. Health to kharab hogi hi.

I am pretty sure their unhealthy diets and lifestyles exacerbate the issue (yes most of them gorge on garbage goyslop and undereat normal food when they regret it and fear getting fat, they are also super lazy and dont exercise). Its not normal for a biological process to be that painful be it breathing, peeing, pooping or walking. Migraines are abnormal.
