My 10 step masterplan to make India great again
STEP 1: Genocide the following groups: Muslims, Christians, Khalistanis, Bheemtas, Hijras, and Stray Dogs
STEP 2: Ban caste. Make mention of caste in public illegal. Disband all caste kanging groups associations and senas. Make a centralized pool of random words of surnames from which people have to choose a surname they like.
STEP 3: 1 year compulsory military service for all after school. No admission to college without military service.
STEP 4: Creation of a Ministry of Morality. Strict modestly and decency rules. Provocative clothing banned in public. All social media apps to have a strict morality censor where all uploaded content will be posted only after approval from the cyber department of the morality police. All dating apps banned.
STEP 5: All roads to be atleast 4 cars wide. No new roads to be constructed without space for pedestrians, cyclists, side parking, lighting, trees, and bus stops. Road quality to be guaranteed by the MLA of the area. If roads crack in less than 5 years, MLA to be disqualified and the contractor will be publicly whipped. No waterlogging or sewer overflows should happen either. Public whipping for any private citizen who encroached on footpath/road.
STEP 6: Make all laws gender neutral. Expand courts, hire more judges and ensure no trial runs for more than 1 year. Punish false cases by punishment equal to punishment for the charge made falsely.
STEP 7: Any kind of identity based violence (beating people for caste, religion, state or language) to be punishable by death. Non violent misbehaviour based on identity (calling people Smellus or Bimarus or Chinkis or Chamars) to be punished by whipping then a 50 kilometre walk.
STEP 8: Make India energy surplus by building nuclear reactors, make energy cheap.
STEP 9: All government offices to be modernized. All government employees to be civilized, trained in English and given government quarters. Any corruption below 1 lakh punishable by life imprisonment, above 1 lakh by death
STEP 10: Strict quality controls on food and water. Adulteration of food to be punishable by death.
If these steps are followed I am confident within a generation (25 years) India will be a first world country.

can't really speculate anything, the boy has got a LC nose. His short midface CONFIRMS that is is a proper LC. UCs have long midface across the country with almost no fail.
She on the other hand has a typical UC face, she could be upper OBC as well. She looks kinda mixed with mongoloid admixture which is typical for a Bengali.

Concluding my assumption considering all evidences I think they are somewhere in West Bengal, a Tier-1 city probably Kolkata since the girl can speak Hindi well. The girl is most likely a Brahmin or Kulin Kayastha or Baidya. The boy is surely a LC (short midface) whose parents have made decent fortune after migrating and provided him with a personal smartphone and facewash while keeping their son away from any sort of outdoor labour activities but due to their low class social background they failed to provide him a proper education (school) like a typical lower class family.
