There are very obvious cultural differences between western imageboards and bhach. Like the prevalence of namefagging. My theory is that imageboards attract the counterculture, hence the west, being an individualist society results in collectivist imageboard users; It's hard to tell 4chan users apart, and they generally are an echochamber with a homogenized mass of similar worldviews, whereas it's the inverse for india, a collectivist society produces an individualistic counterculture; Bhach users are much less homogenised and it's easy to tell users apart, even the ones who don't namefag.
