I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule for months now.
For about three months I've been sleeping before 11:30 & waking up at 7:15 for my jaab, hoping it would regulate my circadian rhythm.
I’ve stayed consistent this time but , I still wake up tired every single day.
I don’t feel refreshed or energetic, and even at work I feel sleepy.
After giving this routine a real chance with no improvement, I've decided to try melatonin starting this week.
I’m not expecting drastically changes just hoping it might help me get deeper more restful sleep.
I’ll share updates on how it goes and whether it actually makes a difference.

You definitely should, for good sleep your body should be in rest and relax mode when you're trying to fall asleep. If you're lifting weights till 10 pm then going home and eating dinner then basically till 11 pm or maybe later your body is in fight and work mode.
From what I have read online for good sleep you should eat dinner early, and then you should turn off all screens, bright lights and loud sounds atleast 2 hours before your bedtime. That way your body can slowly relax and fall asleep naturally.

Thanks for advice.
I am trying to... But I will only be able to change time to early morning like 6 AM which is way too early for me
I can't place it anywhere in my existing schedule other than that

If you have time to sleep in the morning then change your sleep schedule to 12-7 or 12-8.
But your body must be relaxed when bedtime comes otherwise neend nahi ayegi. Watch Brian Johnson and Andrew Hubermans videos in the topic for more info
