dfb has good threads i think navy because there's actual veterans who provides some feedback, special forces thread was also good there were some ex operators i don't know if they are still active, drdo had some iitian and few others, small arms thread, etc.
in general they are more calm headed people not reactionaries teenagers of social media which helps a lot in discussion.

most of the guys from dfb and brf atleast big ones also now have twitter accounts and one of the best guys to provide details, i think parthu, spadex, kuntal biswas, there are more i don't recall now.
parthu is good at naval stuff, spadex on operators and guns, kuntal in design aspects.

check r/indiandefense - only decent subreddit related to indian defense community (but i don't know about its current state, it's proly overrun by zoomers but check it since i trust the mod who is BRF oldie).
delhidefensereview website is really good with experts.
alphadefense might be close to it.
hisutton for subs and ships.
there's a chinese german shill i forgot his name if you want to track chiense stuff - ask someone in defense community they will tell you the name.
there's a similar expert like hisutton related to planes but i forgot his name - ask in community. worth finding out.
4chan /k/ - lots of garbage but once in a while you hit the jackpot and in general it's fun scrolling.
sdf - sino defense forum - chinese pakis circklejerking but it's good to get an idea.
there was paki forum but they got raped by pakistani army and splintered into multiple forums not sure what is their current status.
there are few youtube publications but i can't recall em - longform content. some are associated with delhi defense review.

i have stopped following defense stuff completely since i kinda gave up on whole thing long back. now i just randomly see news once in a while on timeline.
it's just that recent ops like sindoor made me look into these things again but in general idc much anymore.
