Instead of Rafail why not go for Felon? It will be cheaper, we will get all know how to on platter and can integrate it with anything.
Yes it's not MWF but it's better deal than rafale.

Su57 will be 3x lower in price compared to rafale. With 10bn usd investment we can have a good possible 5th gen comparable option until our own aircrafts are ready.
And with whatever money is left it can be poured into our own R&D. Pretty sure 10bn usd upfront poured into engine program will do more wonders than whatever 36bn of tin can purchase we make with rafales.
