I used to go to psychiatrist. But then stopped due to counselling getting very expensive and I can't afford it.
Now she is posting status like this . Glad I never went to her after 5 sessions.

I was having random panic attacks. Mostly during exams. So i went there. They talk for like t minutes and they gave me anti-anxiety pills for straight up 4 months.
After a while started getting side effects like nightmares. So i stopped taking it..
Also they would rob 500 rupees for one session. They barely talk for 5 minutes. But they get 500 rupees for consulting/talking

They were just prescribing legal drugs. 500 rupees is actually cheaper compared to the cost I see for just phone call / online consultation. Some ask from 1000 to even 5000 for one hour.
