When I do any high intensity activity (like running or even laughing hard), my body starts to feel very itchy. And when I scratch it, small pimples like this appear. What causes this, bros? Is it serious?

According to chatgpt
What you’re describing — intense itching during exertion or heat, followed by tiny raised bumps — fits very closely with something common and usually harmless, not something dangerous.
From the photo and the trigger pattern (running, laughing hard, anything that raises body temperature), the most likely explanation is cholinergic urticaria or exercise-induced heat rash.
Here’s what’s going on in plain terms.
When your body heats up or you start sweating, your nervous system releases acetylcholine. In some people, this causes mast cells in the skin to release histamine. Histamine is what creates:
* sudden itching or prickly sensation
* tiny pinhead-sized bumps or wheals
* redness that fades after some time
Scratching makes it more visible, but the process has already started internally.
Why it feels intense
The itch often feels deep or burny, not like a mosquito bite. That’s because it’s nerve-mediated, not just surface irritation.
Why it’s usually not serious
It’s not an infection*
It’s not contagious*
* It doesn’t damage skin long-term
* In most people it settles within 30–60 minutes after cooling down
When to be cautious
Very rarely, if itching is accompanied by dizziness, wheezing, swelling of lips/eyes, or fainting, that would need medical attention. What you’re showing does not suggest that.
What usually helps
* Cooling down gradually after exercise
* Avoid very hot showers immediately after exertion
* Wearing loose, breathable clothing
* Staying well hydrated
* Some people benefit from non-sedating antihistamines (doctor-guided)
A small but important distinction
Heat rash (miliaria) tends to persist longer and cluster where sweat gets trapped. What you describe — fast onset + fast fade tied to activity — points more toward a histamine response, not blocked sweat glands.
Bottom line
This is common, annoying, but not dangerous for most people. Many outgrow it or notice it becomes milder with regular conditioning.

It's been happening since COVID. I didn't care much about it until now, since it's becoming very annoying.

My school gave me one dose of Covaxin when I was 15 (during 2022 probably). Is it related to this condition? Man I'm scared shitless now.

It's gone now. I think it stays for about 5-10 mins after I've done whatever I was doing.
