Why do these companies post job advertisements in LinkedIn as posts and not as a job advertisement?

It's painful and irritating having to scroll for hours and with not much filters. I still haven't been to Whatscrap or Telegram or Facebook groups yet and some are suggesting to even go there. Just how many sites and internet data do I have to spend every day just so I can find something that suits me? Total waste of time.

Do you have to be so cheap you can't even spend 400 rupees in Naukri or 100 rupees in LinkedIn to post a job ad to hire someone who you are going to pay salary to after conducting hours and hours of interview?

Just 400 rupees, can't you shell out of your hiring budget?
