my elder brothers have swung cricket bats on my head three separate occassions. i even have a permanent injury mark on my head and chin.
and getting beaten black and blue by mother because of my alcoholic father was very common.
also once my father tried to choke slam me (when drunk), reason was that i gave him an entire page instead of a piece of paper.
