The only option is lasik surgery, but that ain't allowed before the age of 20, so you can't do that and try to join NDA, sorry.
For CDS, you can join if you legally got that surgery after you became 20.
I also have myopia and astigmatism too... around 1.75 at max.... the limit is 2.5, I hope my eyes don't worsen or it'll be over for me.
