I don't hate Bihar. Biharis are cool people and some are most intelligent. However, when i visited Patna last year, I felt really unsafe, maybe it's the way biharis talk? Not their accent but they have an aggression in their tone. Also, some of them just stare at you for very long for no reason. Also, the pollution was worse and there was litter everywhere. I just wanted to get out of there
