I never really had failures but I feel like to some degree we all are gifted in something and some are more gifted than us while some are very clearly less gifted than us. It's a case by case thing. We can't actually make everyone happy as people thing.
Generic determinism is probably a range of this spectrum of "you can do this ... To ... This" as in someone with IQ (not intellect, I know) of 100 can be a simple road worker, or even work hard and be something like infra builder, chief etc like that. Their is definitely some limit.
I think we have been very unkind to people anon. We push them into things they were rare cut for doing, and when they fail we scold children or we punish them. High bars shouldn't be normalised, or they are not high bars as all.
Everyone was sold the idea of becoming this doctor/engineer for decades. So everyone just turned btech degrees into meme, IIIT into meme fest as well. They started hearing other jobs or manual works, etc. There is atleast some truth to generic determinism.

Which is also why I strongly suggest a heavy scientific process. We need to select the best Jeets have to offer from all regions and states and support them at all cost, pipe them as the hope of nation. You are missing the point. Generic determinism is a range as I said. You can still do your best to a certain degree, but we all do have some form of limitations. Some of it we can do with insane dedication and hard work, some of it is just not worth it, since it doesn't come naturally to us in the least.
This thought process has haunted a generation of nanhe Jeets and will keep haunting them as we subject them to this cycle of suffering thinking they are not punishing themself enough.

Pretty much sums it up. Just have children and hope they inherit the best of you and your partner but if they dont just expect that this is how genetic lottery works. You will end up producing genius descendants down the line anyway (unless you are bantu subhuman or sm other low iq people) so why fret. Nature has made it such that most will always end up as average.
