I’m not sure if this is how it works. But here’s it..
You perceive something as “ideal” through conditioning (from sites/places you hang out with, people you admire, and rational and logically sound (but deeply flawed) inferences you draw from them). Inferiority complex primarily stems from comparison. You believe you lack something, without which you will not be complete. You believe it somehow makes you less in the social hierarchy.
